Resource Development Manager (Africa and the Middle East)
Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI), in partnership with our Africa and the Middle East (AME) Area Office (AO), is excited to announce the opening for our Resource Development Manager for our AME region. This exciting and rewarding opportunity will be responsible for the management, planning, and evaluation of multiple units throughout our AME region and collaborate with internal teams (both area office staff and National Organizations) to maximize our Foundations, Organizations, and Institutions (FOI) growth for the area. The ideal candidate will exercise a high level of judgment in making financial transactions (ex: fund-raising and contract negotiation) within the context of an approved budget and procedures.

The Resource Development Manager will be based at our AO in Pretoria, South Africa and involve up to 30% travel throughout the region. This key position will report to the Resource Development and Communications (RD&C) Director, and be responsible for encouraging, maintaining and enhancing the AME RD&C Department’s relationships with its donors and those interfacing with donors on behalf of the Department. The position will seek to encourage support for HFH AME from all potential sources.

Housing Finance Specialist (Africa and the Middle East)
Habitat for Humanity International is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as Housing Finance Specialist to be located at our AME Area Office (AO), located in Pretoria, South Africa. This key position will report to the Housing Finance Director and may involve up to 40% travel throughout the AME region. This individual is responsible for leading the design, definition, and execution of models and methodologies for Habitat’s housing financial services to the poor in AME. The Housing Finance Specialist will be responsible for the promotion and advancement of the Housing Microfinance (HMF) strategy and program across the AME area.

Finance Specialist (Africa and the Middle East)
Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is seeking a finance professional in our Africa/Middle East (AME) regional office for the position of Finance Specialist. Reporting to the Associate Director of Finance, this opportunity will be based in our AME area office in Pretoria, South Africa, and will be responsible for providing support and oversight of financial accounting, reporting and adherence to HFHI policies/procedures by AME HFHI Branch and National Organizations. This position will involve up to 40% regional travel.

Assistant General Counsel (Africa and the Middle East)
Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is seeking a talented professional to serve as our Assistant General Counsel at our Africa/Middle Area Office (AO) located in Pretoria, South Africa. The individual selected for this position will provide legal counsel to Area Vice President and the Area Management Team regarding contracts, employment, microfinance, risk management, transactional and general corporate matters, as well as interpretation and guidance in establishment and practice of HFHI policies.

Program Manager (Africa and the Middle East)
Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is currently seeking a Program Manager to manage and nurture HFHI’s relationship with the National Organizations (NO’s) and Branches, as assigned, in our AME Area. This vital position will ultimately coordinate and lead our efforts, in conjunction with our Area Office (AO) country teams, in supporting our NO’s and Branches as well as ensuring coherent accountability. The Program Manager promotes integration of the AO interventions of NO’s by promoting organizational growth and development, compliance with Headquarter (HQ) and AO standards in conjunction with strategic alignment of country programs.
