Habitat for Humanity International is an ecumenical Christian housing ministry that seeks to eliminate poverty housing. Habitat for Humanity began working in the Asia-Pacific region in 1983 with a pilot program in Khammam, India. Since then, Habitat has built and rehabilitated tens of thousands of homes. Every year thousands of other families are helped with repairs, and financial and technical assistance. In addition, tens of thousands of families have benefited from Habitat programs to help victims of the 2004 Asian tsunami and other natural disasters.

Director, Business Strategy

Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is currently seeking a seasoned director with exceptional finance and leadership skills to fill the key role of Director, Business Strategy for our Asia/Pacific area office. Reporting to the Area Vice President for Asia Pacific, the Director, Business Strategy provides strategic direction and consultative oversight to HFHI staff in their efforts to support the development of national organizations as sustainable NGO/Social Business Ventures. Additionally, this position is responsible for the oversight and development of Asia/Pacific area office internal financial systems, and will represent the Asia/Pacific region in HFHI global business development forums.

Regional Finance Advisor

Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Regional Finance Advisor in our regional office for the Asia/Pacific region. This position will be responsible for supporting the strategic direction, project coordination and consultative oversight for assigned Habitat for Humanity programs in the Asia Pacific region as sustainable social business ventures and to provide financial support to national programs (including financial analysis and monitoring).

Housing Finance Director

Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is currently recruiting a seasoned housing finance professional to fill the newly-created role of Housing Finance Director for our Asia/Pacific area office. Working in collaboration with the global Housing Finance Leadership Team (HFLT), area office leadership and regional teams, this position is responsible for leading the design, definition, and execution of common housing finance service models and methodologies for Habitat’s work within the Asia/Pacific region.

Area Finance & Admin Manager

Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is seeking a talented finance professional for the role of Manager, Area Finance and Administration in our Asia/Pacific office in Bangkok. Reporting to the Director Business Strategy Development, this person is responsible for oversight of financial accounting and reporting and administrative support in the area office. This position is responsible for managing accounting and reporting staff and overseeing grant-based funding and international funding transfer system.

Design, Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager (Asia-Pacific)

Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is seeking a monitoring and evaluation professional to fill the role of Design, Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager (DPME). Reporting to the Director of Program Development and Support, this role is responsible for the development and implementation of DPME systems and processes throughout the Asia-Pacific region. This position will also ensure compliance with the standards governing processes and methodologies used in program development, enabling HFHI to achieve goals in an effective, efficient and consistent manner.  His position is based at our area office in Bangkok, Thailand, and will involve up to 50% travel.
