Associate Director, Program Development and Support
This individual will lead a multi-sector team with expertise in construction and appropriate technology, program design monitoring and evaluation, advocacy, and housing support services. This team of technical experts will develop, implement, support, and monitor and evaluate housing programs in the Asia-Pacific region which fulfill sector and Habitat for Humanity standards. Under the associate director’s leadership, the team will also help to build capacity in national organizations in the region. Reporting to the Senior Director for Asia-Pacific Operations, this individual will be a key member of the Asia-Pacific operations team. This position is located in Manila, the Philippines.

Associate Director, Strategy and Business Planning
The Associate Director for Strategy and Business Planning will work directly with the leaders of national organizations and their boards as well as regional office staff to lead, coordinate and facilitate the development of national organizations’ strategic plans. As a key member of our Asia-Pacific team, he or she will also monitor strategic alignment, guide business planning as well as monitor organizational performance. This position is based in Manila, the Philippines.

Area Finance Manager
The Area Finance Manager for Business Strategies will lead the regional finance managers in the Asia-Pacific region in overseeing and protecting Habitat for Humanity International’s brand and organizational assets and resources. This individual will supervise and strengthen financial management of national organizations in the region, and contribute to organizational finance management priorities and strategies. 

Grant Manager 
The Grant Manager will be tasked with developing the procedures to manage and maintain compliance for all area multilateral and bilateral grants, in accordance with donor requirements. The individual will most likely have designed and prepared reports using SUN Systems/Vision XL/Vision Executive, MRT or similar reporting tools. Well versed in GAP and database management, the Grant Manager will design, develop and maintain the grants management database and filing system for all grant agreements, modifications and financial reports. This position is located in Manila, the Philippines.

Manager, Housing Finance and Market Development
Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) has bold plans to promote inclusive housing finance with a large-scale impact on the poor. In line with the vision, we are seeking a dynamic individual to lead, manage and oversee our programs to expand the supply of housing finance services and other housing products to low-income communities. The Manager for Housing Finance and Market Development will work closely with national organizations in India, Indonesia, Cambodia, the Philippines and others in the region to expand the market and build local capacity. This individual will report to the Director for Housing Finance and Market Development, Asia-Pacific, and will be based in Manila, the Philippines.

Manager, Housing Finance and Market Development (Technical Services Support)
This individual will provide leadership, management and oversight to Habitat for Humanity’s programs for housing finance and market development in the Asia-Pacific region. He or she will develop and support the expansion of technical advisory services in the region through Habitat’s Center for Innovation in Shelter and Finance. This individual will work closely with national organizations in India, Indonesia, Cambodia, the Philippines, Sri Lanka and others in the region to expand Habitat’ s work with market actors and build local capacity. This position will be based in Manila, the Philippines.

Manager, Media Relations and Disaster Communications
Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is seeking a seasoned communications professional for the position of Manager, Media Relations and Disaster Communications which will be based in Manila, the Philippines. Reporting to the Director of Communications for Asia-Pacific, this position is responsible for managing all of the region’s media relations plans/outreach, in accordance with HFHI and area office strategic initiatives. 

Regional Finance Manager
Our Asia-Pacific finance team is looking for a motivated professional to serve as Regional Finance Manager. This individual will work directly with the Grant Manager to assist Programs and/or Resource Development department in the development and design of grants proposals, he or she will partner with the Internal Controls Manager to provide valuable feedback to support and develop local programs, and will coordinate with key departments to ensure the financial and statistical reports reflect the most accurate and reliable information possible. The Regional Finance Manager will work out of our satellite office in Manila, the Philippines.

Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Response Manager
Working in the world’s most disaster-prone region, Habitat for Humanity International’s Asia-Pacific regional office has seen firsthand how calamities wreak havoc. Habitat’s post-disaster responses paves the way for better, permanent homes and more resilient communities to be rebuilt on a larger scale. As part of Habitat’s Asia-Pacific Disaster Response team, the Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Response Manager will lead the overall regional disaster response efforts. This individual will connect, network, and create a coordinated response with international agencies involved in large-scale response efforts. He or she will be the primary Habitat representative at sector forums or conferences, positioning Habitat as a shelter or housing leader within the region. This position is located in Manila, the Philippines.

Disaster Response Operations Specialist
This individual will work at the regional level to ensure effective field operations plans for implementing integrated, country-specific disaster responses. Reporting to the Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Response Manager, this individual will be based in Manila, the Philippines. 

Disaster Risk Reduction and Mitigation Specialist
The role calls for the individual to build the capacity of Habitat for Humanity International and its affiliated entities in the Asia-Pacific region in designing and implementing disaster risk reduction and mitigation programs. This position reports to the Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Response Manager and will be based in Manila, the Philippines.

Administrative Assistant (Human Resources)
This individual plays a key role in the effective and efficient operation of the Asia-Pacific Human Resources team. He or she will support a team of Human Resources, and Learning and Organizational Development professionals in delivering value-driven services to the regional office staff as well as national organizations and branch offices in the region. The successful candidate will be placed in Manila, the Philippines.

Chief Financial Officer, Cambodia
This individual leads the finance team in developing Habitat for Humanity Cambodia’s financial capacity to meet short and long-term objectives. The CFO reports to the National Director of HFH Cambodia. He or she will lead the finance team in managing the organization’s financial and accounting policies, systems and processes, tax and regulatory requirements, payroll systems and processes and internal controls, ongoing financial modeling and annual business plan. This position will be based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
