Free giveaway: A world where everyone has a decent place to ______

At this very moment, in locations all around the world, Habitat volunteers, supporters and families are building, renovating and repairing homes. What we are really building is a world where every family, every child, has a chance for a better tomorrow.

The 2014 Habitat for Humanity day planner expands on Habitat’s vision of “a world where everyone has a decent place to live” by replacing the verb at the end of that phrase. After all, there are many ways to define what it means to truly “live.”

A world where everyone has a decent place to DREAM. A Habitat home provides the security and space for kids to be kids.

A world where everyone has a decent place to SHINE. Improved living conditions help create the light in a little boy’s eyes.

A world where everyone has a decent place to GROW. We work for the day when all parents can provide a safe, decent home for their families.

Now it’s your turn to fill in the blank. A world where everyone has a decent place to ______. Complete this phrase in the comment area below and tell us how your answer fits into Habitat’s vision.

We will select 10 random winners to receive a free copy of our very special 2014 Habitat for Humanity Day Planner. Tell us: what’s one word that conveys your hope for all Habitat families?

Entries will be accepted beginning at noon EST on Oct. 28, 2013, until 11:59 p.m. EST Nov. 1, 2013. Winners will receive a 2014 Habitat for Humanity Day Planner, valued at $9.50. A world where everyone has a decent place to blossom. A single mother can feel free to raise her children in her own home, without fear. The children can be proud of their home. Everyone stands a chance of blossoming into the individual they imagined themselves to be.
