The CBNC builders are using their relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to help secure material and labor for the homes as no cost. This Blitz will allow the builders and the vendors to join forces in a combined effort. The builders who are participating see this as an opportunity to contribute to a very worthy cause through a natural extension of what they do daily. This is our first Blitz Build says Barbara Birkenheuer, Executive Director of Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity. We have completed 91 homes in our 21 years of existence. This Blitz is an exclamation point on our success and we are pleased to see this new dimension added to our program.
