Habitat’s milestone houses

Much to celebrate
Since its founding in 1976, Habitat for Humanity International has built and rehabilitated more than 300,000 houses with families in need, providing shelter for more than 1 million people in over 90 countries.

More to build

According to the United Nations, about 1.6 billion people live in substandard housing, and 100 million are homeless. Thanks to volunteers and generous donations, Habitat helps thousands of families into new homes each year.
