The Associate Director, Housing Finance & Market Development for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) leads some of Habitat for Humanity International’s largest housing finance projects. Working with a talented global project team spanning multiple countries, this position is critical to influencing and implementing the current organizational strategy in order to build Habitat for Humanity’s impact in market development within EMEA.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Program Operations for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), the Program Development Manager is responsible for the growth and development of existing programs in the region, consistent with standards and goals for sustainably serving more families.
Reporting to the Area Vice President for EMEA, the Director develops and oversees a comprehensive strategy for resource development and fundraising in EMEA, focusing on income growth of $15-50 million per year. He or she works with key leadership in the region to keep the overall strategy closely connected to the 5 federated Global Funding Network countries in Europe.
We are looking for an experienced global HR leader to direct the HR and organizational learning activities for our EMEA regional offices. Reporting to the Area Vice President for the EMEA region and cross-functionally to the Senior Director of International HR, the Director of Human Resources, Learning and Organizational Development is also responsible for advising our 30+ national organizations with regard to strategic HR activities.
We are looking for an experienced Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) technical professional to support our EMEA regional office and national organizations. Under the overall guidance of the Associate Director of Program Operations, the WASH Specialist is accountable for the evaluation of the existing WASH projects at Habitat for Humanity organizations in Ethiopia and Malawi as well as the development, design and planning of new WASH programs.
