The successful candidate will work with and assist the Corporate Fundraising team in order to increase and maintain resources from companies, foundations, institutions and other organizations for global HFHI programs. In addition to maintaining accurate records on partnerships and donors, this position researches new possible donors with the goal of increasing in the number and value of funded projects.
This key position is responsible for the financial management of the EMEA area office and for advising and supporting the National Directors and Finance Managers within the region’s country offices on improving financial performance.
The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert for Europe and Central Asia (ECA) with a focus on the Habitat for Humanity national organizations and branches throughout the ECA region. It is an exciting opportunity to utilize a strong knowledge of microfinance to partner with financial service organizations or similar networks to promote and further advance the Housing Finance & Market Development program to help address shelter needs of lowincome people in Europe and Central Asia.
Habitat for Humanity is requesting proposals to develop a framework for researching issues around residential energy efficiency in the region and conducting field studies in at least three countries. The final report should contain a detailed analysis of the existing environment, specific findings and recommendations for tackling current problems.

Habitat for Humanity International’s Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) area office is currently seeking a Major Gifts Manager for an exciting position tasked with developing a region wide Major Gift strategy for high-net-worth individuals, family foundations and planned giving/legacies.
The National Organisation Support Manager liaises with and supports fundraising at Habitat for Humanity National Organisations throughout the region, initially focusing on the 5 Global Funding Network (GFN) countries, later also supporting up to 30+ individual country offices in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
