In 1999, Masco extended its support to Habitat’s Michigan affiliates. Masco assisted with training activities and partnered on the Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project. They also helped with the national “First Ladies Build.” Over the past 12 years, employees at Masco’s Michigan headquarters have contributed more than 20,000 hours of volunteer labor. In addition, Masco’s partnership with Habitat for 2012-13 commited to US$500,000 in cash and product.

Masco companies, Behr Process Corporation, Delta Faucet Company, and Milgard Windows & Doors, have also donated significant material and labor to Habitat projects across the United States. To date, the Masco Foundation has contributed nearly US$5 million, and the corporation and business units have donated substantial in-kind product.
