2. Did you know that more than 250 houses in the United States alone have been built with all-women crews?

Fifty percent of Habitat for Humanity's volunteers are women, yet women account for less than 15 percent of the work done on the construction sites. Habitat's Women Build department is dedicated to training women about construction and involving them at the work site. Learn more about initiatives like First Ladies Build and Women Building a Legacy that are helping to build more houses with people in need.
