Adventure is waiting for you on this Global Village trip to Sri Lanka! Team up with a great group of volunteers to build cost effective homes amid lush, green fields and tea plantations.
Our team will assist in constructing core homes that can be expanded over time. Some of the tasks include building concrete block or brick walls, installing corrugated tin roofs and finishing plaster. Our efforts will help low-income families finally realize their housing dreams.
Sri Lanka is also home to golden beaches, misty mountains, lovely tea and warm smiles. Don’t miss out on this unique and fun trip!

Have questions? Ready to join the team? Jimmy Guardino email@example.com will lead this team in the field and would love to speak with you.
The reason why Jimmy became a Global Village team leader: “When I went on my first GV trip to Rayong, Thailand, I had some expectations as to what it might be like but in retrospect, I had no idea how life changing it would be. Working hard side-by-side with my teammates, united to make a difference for one family in need was so rewarding. That’s not to mention the lasting friendships, awesome local food, being immersed in the local culture, what a blast! Even before I came home I knew I wanted to become a GV team leader with Habitat and volunteer on a regular basis both at home and abroad.”
