Ethiopia

March 7, 2014 to March 16, 2014

Get your hands dirty to help a family build their safe, decent, affordable house. You’ll meet the family whose life you are helping improve. You’ll also get an insider’s glimpse at how Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia is growing its groundbreaking work across the country to serve more families than ever.

Our Ethiopian staff will host you in Debre Berhan, where you will experience authentic local culture. Some teams enjoy a coffee ceremony at which they roast, grind, and brew locally grown coffee, which is some of the best in the world.

Join other like-minded volunteers for this unique experience, and come home reinvigorated and reimagined.

Apply now to join this Global Village team, or email questions to team leaders Lisa King and Kristin Carlton.
