Washington County is located in the northwestern part of Arkansas in the Qzark Mountains. Our county contains approx 250,000 people. We have built 40 homes and have secured land to build another 40 homes in the next several years. We have an office staff of 4; a construction supervisor and volunteers. We have had a successful restore opened for 1 year. We are looking for a leader that's experienced in fund raising and motivating volunteers and employees. With our neighborhood project we are looking to for a person to grow our volunteer base and our fund raising Northwest Arkansas has been named in the top 50 areas to live in the United States. The director would report directly to our board of directors.
