Location: Office in Boone; service area includes all of Boone and Greene Counties
Manages: Volunteers, currently no other persons on staff
Employment type: Full-time, exempt
Salary: $30,000 to $50,000, depending on qualifications

Job Functions
General administration, financial management and development, land acquisition, construction administration, volunteer management, community relations and board relations.

Habitat for Humanity of Boone and Greene Counties is seeking candidates for the position of executive director. The ED will manage and implement the mission and operations of HFH, providing leadership and direction for volunteers and working directly with the board of directors. The ED must be a multi-dimensional leader capable of articulating HFH’s goals with a sense of passion and commitment, of building support and collaborative partnerships within the community and of leading a complex operational organization with excellence. Salary is negotiable, based on qualifications and experience.
