MD, Gaithersburg — Construction Site Supervisor

Are you skilled at overseeing residential construction? Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County, Maryland—a nonprofit developer and builder of affordable housing in Montgomery County—seeks a talented professional to supervise the construction process and manage the work of crew leaders and volunteers and coordinate the activities of subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in residential construction and supervision.
• Knowledge of standard building codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and implement house layout.
• Ability to perform tasks with attention to detail.
• Ability to motivate and train volunteers and future homeowners.
• Ability to work effectively with paid staff and volunteers.
• Ability to oversee multiple construction sites.
• Good verbal communications skills.
• Able to work flexible days and hours.
• Basic computer skills.
• Minimum of high school education.
• Valid driver’s license.
