Habitat for Humanity is dedicated to providing decent, affordable homes for those in need. You can help by joining as a volunteer at our operational headquarters in Americus, Georgia, USA.

Volunteer opportunities
Habitat for Humanity International is looking for enthusiastic people to donate their expertise to various projects. The available opportunities will help you gain experience in a nonprofit setting. As a volunteer, you might:

• Assist our reconstruction crew with maintenance work on the various Habitat-owned buildings.

• Help with drafting assignments.

• Support various program operations.

Campus Chapters & Youth Programs Collegiate Challenge Program
Collegiate Challenge is Habitat for Humanity's year-round alternative break program for groups of five or more students ages 16 and older. Students spend a week of their school break working on construction with a Habitat for Humanity affiliate.

Global Village and Discovery Center
We are looking for energetic volunteers "teams and individuals" to help build houses for the Global Village & Discovery Center located in Americus, Ga.

RV Care-A-Vanners
RV travel just got better! Habitat for Humanity International’s RV Care-A-Vanner program offers anyone who travels in a recreational vehicle the opportunity to make a difference — and have fun while doing it — by helping build houses with families in need.
