Dao Van Tien and his family of four live on this fishing boat in Vietnam’s Hai Duong province, which will be the site of the country’s 2009 Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project build. In northern Vietnam’s Red River Delta region, hundreds of fisherman families like Dao’s live on their boats or in inadequate housing. Dao is the leader of 66 families that hope to work with Habitat Vietnam to build homes.
