31 | Completion of the More Than Houses campaign! From 2000 to 2005, more than $500 million was raised by Habitat for Humanity International and affiliates around the world to help build 100,000 houses. Habitat for Humanity's 200,000th house was built in Knoxville, Tenn., in August, marking the completion of the house-building component of the campaign. To symbolize a new era of building, HFH dedicated its 200,001st house 24 minutes later in India.
