Test Build Held at JCWP Site

During the week of March 11-15, the first test build was held at the main site of the Jimmy Carter Work Project in Durban, South Africa. Volunteers, hired professionals and homeowners raised the walls of two houses under the hot sun. Approximately 25 foundations for the other houses have been poured. The roads have been paved, and utilities installed. All in all, there is an ongoing bustle of activity on the site, and we are blessed to have a team of tireless staff and volunteers who remain so dedicated to the project.
