Specialist - International Housing Programs

Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is seeking a Specialist – International Housing Programs. Reporting to the Director – International Housing Programs, the Specialist will coordinate global efforts to design and promote HFHI’s Housing Support Services Strategic Initiative. This position will be based in HFHI’s Administrative Headquarters located in Atlanta, GA.
Key responsibilities to include:
*Facilitate meetings and other cross departmental learning exchanges between HFHI practitioners of housing support services.
*Assemble global database of housing support services activities being conducted by both HFHI and other housing practitioners.
*Assist in the monitoring, evaluation and analysis of housing support services delivered by HFH entities.
*Develop reports and communications materials to describe and promote housing support services.
*Assist in the development of funding proposals to generate resources for housing support services activities.
*Compile and maintain up-to-date databases of HFH global program activities in key sectors.
*Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
*3 years minimum professional experience in non-profit housing sector
*1 year minimum experience with organizations working in international development, preferably in a field service role
*Experience in business model development and financial analysis skills preferred
*Proficient in MS Office suite
* Strong written and verbal communications skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Collaborative, flexible, team-oriented contributor
