Create a window of opportunity. Your gift may help Habitat install windows in new Habitat homes, improving the quality of life for one family.

Habitat for Humanity’s gift catalog is offering virtual gifts through the holiday season and year-round, ranging in price from $15 to $1,000. Holiday shoppers can purchase a virtual gift from the catalog in honor of a friend or family member. A special card acknowledging that a donation was made in their name to Habitat for Humanity is then sent.

“When someone donates to Habitat for Humanity, that contribution helps a family in need obtain decent housing,” said Mark Crozet, senior vice president of Resource Development, Habitat for Humanity International. “During the holiday season and all year round, a gift to Habitat can have significance for your loved ones but also can help to change someone’s life.”

Some of the virtual gifts featured in the catalog include

  • A light switch for $15.
  • A new front door for $150.
  • A new bedroom for $500.
