We will be having a 20 percent off everything sale on 9/28 and 9/29. We will have a slideshow running with photos from Global Village trips, dedications, etc.
On Saturday we will be building a display for the blessing boards with volunteers. It will be essentially a stud wall with some bells and whistles.
We are attempting to raise $4,500 in donations to represent the amount we tithe to affiliates in Ghana, Guatemala, and India for each house we build. To accomplish this goal:
- We will be selling little paper houses for $1
- We will be selling blessing boards for $2
- We will be taking item-specific cash donations (ex: a donation of $25 will buy a gallon of paint)
- We will have the Skee-Ball machine set up, and for a donation of $3 you will receive three balls for a chance to win Habitat for Humanity T-shirts and Habitat ReStore shopping bags. All participants will receive a 10 percent off coupon to use towards a future purchase.
