Apply to start a Campus Chapter

Instructions for downloading the application

Habitat for Humanity only accepts campus chapter applications
from Feb. 1 - Sept. 15.

• Download and save the Campus Chapter application by right-clicking on the link and selecting “Save As.” Save the file on your computer to view the presentation.
• Open the application and complete it electronically.
• Print the completed application.
• Collect all necessary signatures.
• Mail to the Youth Programs department. (Mailing instructions are included in the application.)
