Habitat for Humanity is active in communities all around the world. Find out what Habitat is doing in your community and get involved!
Habitat affiliates are the local branches of Habitat for Humanity. Habitat affiliates are independently operated. To find out what Habitat is doing in your area, contact the affiliate nearest you and let them know:
- How old you are.
- That you are interested in volunteering.
- If you would be interested in doing something other than building.
Remember, you need to be 16 or older to work on a Habitat build site. But if you are younger than 16, you can still help!

Other ways to get involved
- Join Youth United
Youth United is for kids ages 5 to 25 who want to help raise money and build Habitat houses in their communities.
- Act! Speak! Build! Week
Act! Speak! Build Week is for kids ages 5 to 25 who want to work with Habitat to plan and host events focused on ending poverty housing.
