Spring Break Phone Registration

Groups can call the Collegiate Challenge coordinators to register now! All groups must register at least one month prior to trip departure.


Step 1: Gather your information

The information you will need to register includes:

  • The week of your spring break.
  • The number of participants on each team (include faculty advisers).
  • The team leader contact information.

Step 2: Call to register

Step 3: Confirm your trip

Within 10 business days of registering, your team must send a completed confirmation form along with your $15 per person nonrefundable program fee to the Collegiate Challenge office. Any trip that has not been confirmed within 10 business days will be automatically canceled. (Extensions can be granted upon request.)

Step 4: Read the confirmation materials

You will receive a packet of materials once your trip is confirmed. These materials include leader and participant guides, host site contact information, a confirmation letter, and necessary forms.

Step 5: Send in completed forms

All required forms will be mailed to groups in the confirmation packet. (For a list of all required forms, visit the forms page. You do not need to print these documents yourself unless instructed to do so by a Collegiate Challenge coordinator.)

Step 6: Contact your host affiliate.

It is your responsibility to make the first contact with your host affiliate to start making arrangements (directions, arrival time, etc.). We also suggest that you take some time before your trip to meet with your group for team-building activities.
