Youth between the ages of 5 and 25 from all walks of life are coming together in their communities to take initiative and build Habitat for Humanity homes. 1. Promote understanding of Habitat’s mission: Youth understand Habitat’s mission and participate with Habitat in their community. 2. Foster diversity: People from different ages, background, faiths and organizations work together. 3. Homeowner youth involvement: Provide a meaningful experience for homeowner youth. 4. Leadership development: Youth are being developed into leaders.
