Collegiate Challenge Registration

Welcome to Collegiate Challenge.

1 week can change a life forever. . . . We have seen this in our homeowners, volunteers and team leaders! By signing up to lead a Collegiate Challenge trip you are at risk for a new perspective. Please review our Frequently Asked Questions before registering.

If you are unable to find a site that both can accomodate the group size needed and is within any geographic limitations your group may have, please contact us at [email protected] or 1 (800) 422-4828 for assistance. We will work with you to try to find an acceptable site.

Registration Dates

Registration for Collegiate Challenge trips through August 2020 will open will open as follows:

Fall Break (September, October, November trips) Registration is currently open.

Winter Break 2020 (December, January, February trips) Registration is currently open.

Spring Break 2020 (March, April, May trips) Registration will open October 16, 2019 (9:00 AM Eastern)

Summer Break (June, July, August trips) Registration will open December 2, 2019

Plan Ahead! Registration will close five weeks prior to the trip start date.

Preparing to register:

  • Before registering please designate one person to be your team leader. The team leader will be your contact person with the Collegiate Challenge team and the host site. This individual can register your group for multiple trips.
  • Search the site list for available weeks and locations. (please note: you must be logged in to complete registration)
  • Register only for the number and location of trips that you plan to take. Registering for trips that you might not take will remove the affiliate's availability for other participants. If any group is found in violation of this request it will be banned from additional registrations.
  • By registering, you are only "holding" your participation at a host affiliate; - your spots are not saved until you confirm your registration by submitting the program fee within 30 days after you register.
  • After registering, you will need to contact the Collegiate Challenge team to make any changes to the information you have provided.

Register your team leader

  • To register a trip, you must be logged in as a registered team leader. If you have already registered as a team leader, log in below.
  • In order to register a new team leader:
  • Start by searching for your school or group
  • If you find your group listed, enter your information to become your group's team leader.
  • If you school or group is not listed:
  • Request that a new group profile be created by sending an email to [email protected] with the following information:
  • "I want to register" in the subject line.
  • School/church/organization name
  • Group name (use "Break Group" if an official group name does not exist.)
  • School/ church/ organization mailing address
  • Team leader name
  • Team leader email
  • Team leader phone number
  • Team leader mailing address
  • Team leader gender ("unknown" will be used if a gender is not provided)
  • Collegiate Challenge will send the team leader their team's registration login information.
