Send well-wishes to the Carter Work Project

As we kick off the 36th Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project in Nashville, Tennessee, Habitat for Humanity once again shines the light on the need for housing affordability in the U.S. and around the world.

Right now, we’re mobilizing hundreds of hands as 21 families build their Habitat homes alongside former U.S. President Jimmy Carter, former first lady Rosalynn Carter, their fellow Habitat Humanitarians Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood, and hundreds of other volunteers. But we need one more piece  you!

Cheer on these remarkable future homeowners and dedicated volunteers as they swing their hammers and build a life-changing impact. Add your own message to the well-wishes below!

Build sites like those of the Carter Work Project are the perfect places to experience the powerful stories of every Habitat homeowner and volunteer. You can follow along this week here on habitat.org and on social media using #HabitatCWP. You can find even more in inspiration in Habitat for Humanity CEO Jonathan Reckford’s book Our Better Angels: Seven Simple Virtues That Will Change Your Life and the World, with a foreword by President Carter.
