Midwest and Southeastern tornadoes
An estimated 77 tornadoes across 14 Midwestern and Southeastern states were unleashed in March 2012. Estimates from the Red Cross indicate that more than 2,000 homes sustained damage in Indiana and Kentucky, two of the hardest hit states.
Affiliates across Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio are responding to this disaster with new home construction, including the Raise the Roof over Southern Indiana blitz build led by Habitat for Humanity Indiana.
