Questions and concerns regarding your local Habitat or ReStore

Habitat for Humanity International encourages individuals to pursue established processes for communicating and escalating concerns related to Habitat organizations. For all general questions, concerns and comments involving a Habitat for Humanity organization (e.g. ReStore customer service complaints, issues with the homeowner application process, etc.):

  • Within the U.S., please contact the Affiliate Support Center to ask questions or report your concerns. Call toll-free at 1-877-434-4435 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST from Monday through Friday, or email
  • Outside the U.S., please contact your country’s National Organization to ask questions or report your concerns. To obtain contact information, please contact the Habitat area office representative in your region using the information below.

Suspected illegal or unethical activity

Habitat for Humanity is committed to supporting a respectful and ethical workplace, properly stewarding our donors’ funds and resources, and safeguarding the rights of those we serve. When an individual wishes to report concerns anonymously or when regular means of reporting concerns have not resolved an issue, the MySafeWorkplace® hotline can be used to communicate concerns to Habitat 24 hours a day.

MySafeWorkplace is an independent, third-party service that instantly forwards your report to the appropriate Habitat contact for confidential review and safe and proper handling.
