Our overall strategies include:

• Habitat Mobile Response Units
  Chevrolet C-20 Express Panel Vans are outfitted with equipment and tools donated by Lowe’s and Bosch. The units are used by volunteers to help to repair, rebuild and restore homes damaged by Hurricane Sandy.

  Community clean up
  We will mobilize our extensive network of volunteers to help with the removal of debris and clean up of neighborhoods. 
   
• Emergency home repairs 
  Minor home repairs will be made to ensure the safety and security of families, such as broken window replacement, roof repairs/ tarpaulins, etc. 
   
• Home repairs and rehabs
  We will provide contractors and technical assistance to homeowners and will facilitate donations of materials from our corporate partners. 
   
• On-going support through Habitat ReStores
  Habitat ReStores offer discounted construction materials and furniture.
