Be ready to volunteer
At this time, we are not sending volunteers to Haiti. To be notified when Habitat begins recruiting volunteers, take the Haiti volunteer interest survey. This survey will collect your demographic and basic skills information and will sign you up for a periodic e-mail with updates regarding Habitat's response in Haiti.

Other ways you can help

• Pray
  Please pray for the people of Haiti and pray for all the organizations, including Habitat for Humanity, striving to help Haiti rebuild.
• Donate
  Donate online to our Haiti earthquake fund.
  
  Text "Habitat" to 25383 to make a $10 donation to Habitat's recovery efforts. The donation amount will be added to your phone bill.
  
  Create a donation page and invite your friends, family and colleagues to help you reach $2,500―the amount it takes to help Habitat establish a permanent home for a Haitian family.
  
• Partner with Habitat
  Become a partner with Habitat for Humanity and take your financial support to the next level. To learn how you can become a partner with Habitat—either as a community, corporation, foundation, church, media entity or as an individual—visit www.habitat.org/partnerships.
  
  You or your group could sponsor a specific rebuilding project! For example, opening each Resource Center will cost about US$100,000; annual operational costs for each center will be about US$50,000.

• Help raise awareness and funds that support of Habitat’s efforts in Haiti

• Spread the word through social media
  Tell your friends about Habitat’s work in Haiti by updating your Facebook page and tweeting about us. Review Connect with Habitat in social media to get the latest information.
  
  Update your Facebook status to: Habitat for Humanity is addressing shelter solutions for low-income families affected by the recent earthquake in Haiti. Join me to help support Habitat by texting “Habitat” to 25383 to make a $10 donation to Habitat's recovery efforts. The donation amount will be added to your phone bill.
