Job Description

Habitat for Humanity in the Roanoke Valley seeks a highly motivated individual for the full-time position of development director. 

This position works closely with the executive director, the development and Habitat ReStore committees and the board to sustain affiliate, Habitat ReStore development initiatives and broaden fundraising potential. This position is responsible for all aspects of fundraising, including annual fund support from individuals, corporations and foundations as well as grants, sponsorships and special events. Must be able to work independently; possess excellent communication and organizational skills with demonstrated fundraising success.
