Contacting Partner Services
The Partner Service Center is available to handle donor inquiries as they pertain to specific financial donations issues. Please contact us if you need assistance concerning:
- Tax receipt acknowledgments
- Donation refunds due to overcharges, etc.
- Gifts from the Hearts tribute Cards ("In Honor of" or "In Memory of" donations)
- Donor information updates
- Gift designation changes
- HopeBuilder pledge/recurring gift changes/updates
You may call the Partner Service Center at (800) 422-4828 or (229) 924-6935 between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (ET) Monday through Friday.

Please do not include a credit card number in your email request; If you need to make changes to your donor account involving a new or changed credit card, please call 1-800-HABITAT between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET, Monday- Friday.
