Donor inquiry

The Partner Service Center is available to handle donor inquiries as they pertain to specific financial donations issues. Please contact us if you need assistance concerning:

  • Tax receipt acknowledgments
  • Donation refunds due to overcharges, etc.
  • Gifts from the Hearts tribute Cards (“In Honor of” or “In Memory of” donations)
  • Donor information updates
  • Gift designation changes
  • HopeBuilder pledge/recurring gift changes/updates

Check via U.S. mail, credit card used online (, or credit card used through telephone (800-HABITAT)

Date of credit card transaction or 
date on which the check was mailed.

Donation Mailed to:

HFHI in Americus, GA, or local Habitat for Humanity affiliate.


Detailed explanation of the issue or inquiry requiring resolution.

Please do not include a credit card number in your email request. 
If you need to make changes to your donor account involving a new or changed credit card, please call the Partner Service Center number above.

Donors who have made donations through their local Habitat for Humanity affiliate should contact their Habitat for Humanity affiliate for assistance with their issues.
