Job Description

Habitat for Humanity is currently in search of an Administrator - National Service Programs.

The Administrator - National Service Programs will provide Program and Administrative support to the National Service team. The Administrator will oversee administrative and financial systems, departmental and program related events and provide administrative support for the department.

Essential responsibilities include:


• Oversight of departmental administrative and financial systems and processes including but not limited to Sharepoint, Navision, InforXM, Works and SalesForce
• Monitoring accuracy of data files, generating scheduled and ad-hoc reports from data files as needed, preparing invoices, requisitions, RFPs and reimbursements for sub-grantees and maintaining files of contract agreements
• Assist with logistical coordination of department signature events, ELT meetings, staff meetings and other events as necessary  
• Maintain appropriate file documentation and retention as required by HFHI and any applicable grants
• Provide support through full participation and engagement in staff meetings, signature events, ad hoc committees, special events and other tasks as deemed necessary by the supervisor
• Provide administrative support to the National Service Leadership Team

Job Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in operational and financial tracking experience preferred
• Good Writing and Communication Skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to travel for special events essential
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft programs and internet capabilities.
