Construction Technologies (CT) Project Administrator

Job Description

Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is currently seeking an energetic Construction Technologies Project Administrator.  Reporting to the Director of Construction Technology this individual will use HFHI technology to help increase departmental capacity in some key areas. This position will be based out of our Administrative Headquarters in Atlanta GA.

Key responsibilities include:

• Enhancing the overall effectiveness & appearance of My.Habitat related to construction and
  safety topics, training programs, webinar links, and external links by:
• Creating an on-line library of HFHI-appropriate house plans for affiliate use.
• Collecting and maintaining the database of trainings, participants and schedules.
• Support the director in tracking and evaluating performance against departmental objectives.
• Provide relevant and timely support to the CT SME’s in implementation of programs promoted by
  the CT department such as Home Builder Blitz, ABWK, Safety, etc.
• Facilitate team meetings as required by the CT director, Coordinate shared calendars for travel
  and training. Provide updates on progress as required.
• Support shared NRI objectives in project tracking/implementation.

Job Requirements

• Associate’s Degree
• 1-2 years related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.  Adobe Writer a plus.
• Candidates must have outstanding people skills and high emotional intelligence in order to
  proactively anticipate the Director and department's needs, and interact with all levels of the
  organization and external customers.
• This proactive self-starter must be flexible, collaborative, and able to multi task in a fast-paced
  environment.
• Strong organizational skills and extremely high attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive issues, and be a problem solver.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work some evenings/weekends and travel as needed.
