Job Description
Habitat for Humanity International is currently seeking a Driver for its Henry County ReStore. This position will be based on our Henry County ReStore in McDonough, Georgia and will be continually refreshing the ReStore’s inventory by picking up donated merchandise. The Driver will be an ambassador for Habitat and the ReStore by supporting our efforts to maintain a good relationships with all donors.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Pick up donated products
* Help load items at donor’s location in a safe and courteous fashion
* Assist in unloading truck at ReStore following back dock guidelines
* Help clean and move priced items to the showroom floor as needed
* Assist in other areas within the ReStore as requested
* Assist in keeping trucks well maintained: clean & make minor repairs
Job Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent plus 1-2 years related experience
* Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
* Excellent Customer Service Skills
* Ability to relate well to a diverse group of individuals
* Familiarity with Building Materials
* Ability to consistently lift and move 50-75 lbs.
* Valid Driver’s License
* "Clear" Motor Vehicles Report
