Job Description
Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is currently seeking an individual to volunteer in our Human Resources department. This opportunity will be based at our operational headquarters located in Americus, Georgia, and we are seeking someone who can commit at least from July through October.
Assignment would include:
*Acting as a receptionist or greeter to people entering the office, and fielding them to the appropriate person as needed.
*Responding to basic informational requests by phone, in person or by email, as needed.
*Filing personnel files.
*Photocopying for payroll processing.
*Assisting with other HR events and projects, as requested.
Job Requirements
*1-2 years of customer service related experience, preferably in an office setting.
*Confidentiality is required, discretion concerning sensitive information is important.
*A pleasant and welcoming attitude, and professional demeanor is key.
*Familiarity with computers, basic office program skills.
