Individual Giving Coordinator

Job Description
Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is currently seeking an Individual Giving Coordinator. The Individual Giving Coordinator supports the work of several specific, deployed Development Officers or HQ Directors. This position will be based at HFHI’s Administrative Headquarters located in Atlanta, GA.
Duties to include:
*Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for Directors.
*Assist Development Officers with management and tracking of donor development strategy.
*Process new gifts for Development Officers
*Track metrics including contacts, visits, and gifts produced by Development Officers and ensure gifts are recorded properly by finance.
*Verify Development Officers’ metrics reports and upload monthly.
*Request and secure resources such as research profiles, proposals, and stewardship data from inter-department colleagues and ensure on-time delivery to the Development Officers.
*Provide logistical support to Development Officers and Directors related to travel and donor development events.
*Compose, proofread, edit and file correspondence and send to donors along with proper collateral.
*Prepare expense reports for Development Officers and Directors as requested.
*Coordinate files and related information for projects and specific situations.
*Other job-related duties as assigned by a department Director or Senior Director.
Job Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree required
*3-5 years of experience
*Proficient in MS Office Suite as well as other database applications
*Excellent oral and written communication skills
*Strong organizational and research skills
*Experience in supporting major gift fundraisers strongly preferred
