Job Description
Habitat for Humanity International is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Manager for the Affiliate Support Center located at our Operational Headquarters in Americus, Georgia.
The Affiliate Support Center exists to help Habitat for Humanity affiliates throughout North America effectively operate, succeed and grow. It helps affiliates implement their work and serve more families. This support can be as simple as guiding a caller to the right place on the intranet, or as complex as providing guidance in a crisis. The Affiliate Support Center tracks interactions with affiliates in a customer-relationship management database so that other staff members can provide service based on each affiliate’s unique needs.
This position will play a key part in managing all aspects of the Affiliate Support Center team’s performance to assure that established goals are being met.
Responsibilities include:
*Assures that the Affiliate Support Center provides Best in Class service to US and Canada affiliates
*Assures that the Affiliate Support Center supervisors and staff have the required training and resources to answer questions and provide needs based support from “one & done” to multi-contact, long-term engagements
*Assures that all Affiliate Support Center communications and actions are documented, accurate, complete, and timely
*Evaluate current training, coaching, and evaluation processes. Develop and implement new processes as appropriate
*Assures that Affiliate Support Center workflow and protocol provide meaningful reporting and communication for use throughout the US Office
*Assures that all staff members are working in an efficient and effective manner
*Performs all aspects of personnel management including the evaluation, training, counseling, hiring and dismissal of team members, which include supervisors, one administrator, and approximately 6-10 other staff members
*In conjunction with the Director, identifies trends, service gaps, and opportunities
*In conjunction with the Director and Affiliate Support Center supervisors, develops and implements additional services to be provided by the Affiliate Support Center
Job Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, non-profit management, or other related field.
*5+ years of experience overseeing all aspects of personnel management.
*Results-oriented problem solver who sets the pace and tone for accomplishing goals.
*Excellent communication skills with a variety of demographics using a variety of communication methods.
*Excellent conflict resolution skills and ability to comprehend and communicate multifaceted issues and solutions.
*Knowledge of Habitat for Humanity affiliates, State Support Organizations, ReStore operations and HFHI support systems, offerings and practices preferred
*Proficient in the use of MS Office suite programs with emphasis on excel. Experience in the use of Customer Relationship Management programs such as SalesForce or other primary user-friendly databases.
