Habitat for Humanity International is currently seeking an seasoned professional for the role of Manager, Habitat Affiliates' Programs Support Center. Reporting to the director, US Affiliate Support/Partner Service Center, this position is based in our Operational Headquarters in Americus, Georgia.
The Affiliate Support Center exists to help Habitat for Humanity affiliates throughout North America effectively operate, succeed and grow by providing call center phone support to the affiliates to assist them in implementing their work and serve more families.
This position will play a key part in managing all aspects of the Affiliate Support Center team’s performance to assure that established goals are being met.
*Ensures that the staff have the required training and resources to answer questions and provide needs based support from “one & done” to multi-contact, long-term engagements
*Oversees the communications monitoring to ensure that the required actions are documented, accurate, complete, and timely
*Evaluate current training, coaching, and evaluation processes. Develop and implement new processes as appropriate
*Performs all aspects of personnel management including the evaluation, training, counseling, hiring and dismissal of team members, which include supervisors, one administrator, and approximately 6-10 other staff members
*In conjunction with the Director, identifies trends, service gaps, and opportunities
*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, non-profit management, or other related field.
*5+ years of experience overseeing all aspects of personnel management.
*Results-oriented problem solver who sets the pace and tone for accomplishing goals.
*Excellent communication skills with a variety of demographics using a variety of communication methods.
*Excellent conflict resolution skills and ability to comprehend and communicate multifaceted issues and solutions.
*Knowledge of Habitat for Humanity affiliates, State Support Organizations, ReStore operations and HFHI support systems, offerings and practices preferred
*Proficient in the use of MS Office suite programs with emphasis on excel. Experience in the use of Customer Relationship Management programs such as SalesForce or other primary user-friendly databases.
