Job Description

Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is seeking a seasoned Learning Technologies Manager to work in it's Administrative Headquarters in Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities Include:


•Serve as primary liaison to advise and consult with HFHI departments to effectively select and implement appropriate learning technologies. Develop and provide expertise with available and emerging knowledge and learning systems (MyHabitat, HabitatLearns, Sharepoint teamsites, virtual meeting systems).
•Assess specific learning needs across different areas of expertise. Identify and recommend a variety of learning solutions as indicated by need and funding.
•Provide technical expertise required to produce online learning solutions, both synchronous and asynchronous. Work with project teams, vendors and subject matter experts to build web-based multimedia training.
Facilitate instructor-led webinars and other technology based training programs.
•Identify and use metrics and analytics to measure and report on the impact of learning solutions
•Primary liaison in support of: the development of LOD learning products, knowledge management processes and MyHabitat publishing and training.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required and a Master's degree in learning technology or closely related field a plus.
• 3-5 years related experience working independently and collaboratively to identify, promote and apply innovative learning solutions.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Strong desire and ability to work collaboratively to achieve goals and objectives.
• Experience working in a shared services environment and in operating in an internal and external consulting role.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation model of Instructional Design a plus.
• Proficiency developing survey, interview, and focus group tools for the analyis and evaluation of learning.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to promote an understanding of the use of technology to enhance learning in support of the vision and mission of Habitat for Humanity
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong project management skills.  Ability to prioritize.  Demonstrated ability to build teams as well as work within a team.
• Experience building and revising websites, experience with MS sharepoint and  MS Office suite
• Demonstrated skill using Adobe Creative Suite, eLearning systems and tools (Captivate, Articulate Storyline) and eLearning Instructional design.
• Knowledge of Habitat's worldwide mission preferable.
• Excellent oral and written English skillas, and knowledge of Spanish a plus
