Job Description
Rochester Area Habitat for Humanity is hiring a Habitat ReStore manager for the to-be-constructed Habitat for Humanity ReStore used building supply store.
The right candidate will have:
- Aat least three years’ proven experience in training, managing, and leading successful teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound business acumen.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Strong donor orientation.
- Highest levels of integrity and personal accountability.
- Ability to thrive and make decisions in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
