Job Description
Reports to: Executive director
Responsible for directing and coordinating all aspects of the construction phase to meet the organization’s construction goals and schedule. Direct the construction team to ensure safe, well-organized work sites for volunteers and partner families. Direct and manage the work of the sub-contractors for an effective and smooth integration into the volunteer model. Direct and manage the cabinet shop production schedule. Review and recommend building product changes as necessary to meet and upgrade HFH/MJ’s building standards.
