Job Description
Habitat for Humanity International is currently seeking a customer service focused individual to serve as our Partnership Support Manager at our headquarters in Atlanta, GA. Partnership Support Manager serves as a key resource for new and existing partner implementation planning, managing formal projects, day-to-day management of operational/execution issues and ensuring overall satisfaction with assigned corporate partnerships for Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI). Partnerships frequently involve multi-million dollar budgets and require the implementation of several complex projects over a 1 to 5 year program. The Partnership Support Manager reports to the Director of Corporate Services and works directly with the Corporate Development Officer(s) to develop an overall development/sales strategy to meet/exceed assigned team revenue goals and deliver superior service to all partners within their assigned portfolio.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
•Works with Corporate Development Officers to develop an overall strategy to meet/exceed team revenue goals and ensure corporate partner satisfaction for entire partner portfolio
•Create new partner proposals and implementation plans to meet the needs of the overall partnership strategy as defined by the HFHI Corporate Development Officers and senior management at the partner company.
•Manage the successful launch of new corporate partnerships using standard project management tools and methodology.
•Supports the HFHI Corporate Development Officers throughout the fundraising cycle to include the gathering prospect research, proposal development, coordination of cross-functional internal support, presentation development, meeting coordination, implementation planning, contract preparation and other duties as assigned by the Director of Corporate Services.
Project Execution & Monitoring
•Hold primary responsibility for managing the day-to-day ongoing operational aspects of assigned corporate partnerships.
•Coordinate the involvement of an extended partner support team (which includes specific Habitat affiliates, appropriate HFHI regional/area staff and potentially non-Habitat alliance partners) to provide superior customer service and ensure the success of all assigned partnerships.
•Facilitate decision making and assist in managing the interaction with other HFHI departments (e.g. Finance, Field Operations, Marketing/ PR/ Special Events, etc) and Habitat affiliates on behalf of the partner.
•Collaborate with the Corporate Development Officers in creating partner employee engagement strategies in order to maximize penetration within the corporate employee base, thereby helping the partner to fully leverage their investment while contributing to our overall partner retention strategy.
•Develop resource consumption strategies for Cash and/or Gifts In Kind (GIK), managing the actual rate of resource consumption among affiliates, HFHI programs and international areas. Forecasts and manages resulting pledge payments for assigned partners.
Evaluations & Reporting
•Ensure that all partner activities/results are being monitored and reported in a highly professional manner to internal and external stakeholders
•Prepare and present quarterly and annual appreciation reports and updates to communicate the results of the program, celebrate its successes and identify potential areas of improvement.
•Conduct ongoing and timely evaluations on overall satisfaction and effectiveness of assigned corporate partnerships.
•Actively participates in sharing of best practices that can be of benefit to entire department

Job Requirements
*Bachelor's degree in Business, Non Profit Management, or related field
*1-2 years related experience required
*Demonstrated ability to mange complex tasks involving multiple stakeholders
*Customer service orientation and experience
*Fundraising and/or major customer/donor support experience a plus
*Excellent time-management, communication, and organization skills
*Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
*Ability to interface with all levels of the organization (both internal and external)
*Superior analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and high degree of personal initiative;
*Prior experience in nonprofit and/or corporate environment a plus.
