Job Description
Habitat for Humanity International is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for our Women Build program at our Operational Headquarters in Americus, Georgia. This position will be responsible for: • Oversee and maintain My.Habitat and print library of resources, including the consolidation of resources and developing a process for maintenance. • Responsible for coordinating the revision, promotion, and distribution of the Girls Build program to Habitat affiliates and youth groups, while collaborating with the learning specialist for providing virtual training. • Track vendor orders, receive and process invoices, track taxes on shipments, and compile the monthly spreadsheet of reclassified coding. • Coordinate affiliate registrations for Women Build projects, ensure recipients of complimentary promotional items meet project and usage requirements, manage logo agreements, and compile reports as needed. • Monitoring and responding to program inbox/voicemail, My.Habitat queries, update newsletter list. • Administration of project shipments, filing, collection and distribution of monthly internal newsletter and posting out of office dates.
Job Requirements
• Associate’s Degree. • 3-5 years related experience. • Excellent verbal, written, and persuasive communication skills. • Experience with software and database usage. • Excellent customer service and organizational skills required. • Marketing skills along with knowledge of youth and school outreach a plus.
