Project Management Specialist

Under the direction of the Manager - Strategic Initiative Projects, the position will provide support to the Global Programs (GP) Division in order to increase its efficiency and effectiveness, by using project management methodology, including designing, tracking and assessing the effectiveness of systems involved in implementing Global Programs priorities. This position is based in Atlanta, GA.

1. Provide project management support to GP fundraisers and their Prospect Coordination Team (PCT) members; contributing to attainment of the division's revenue targets
•Facilitate GP staff use and updating of BBEC and Team Approach databases, serving as the division’s technical expert for optimal system utilization
•Update VP’s BBEC entries to assure they are current
•Liaise with Dev-Support for troubleshooting and reporting compliance, facilitate team meetings to reinforce end user training and system protocols
•Monitor processes and analyze system data to track overall revenue pipeline and KPIs

2.Support information management processes for the Standards of Excellence Initiative (SOE)
•Support data export from multiple reporting streams including Country Self-assessment and amendments, validation reports, action plans and quarterly affiliation requirements reports
•Support annual content revision process
•Track country submission alerts for data processing and troubleshoot technical system errors in coordination with content managers for resolution
•Make corrections as necessary to country reports after initial review and validation at the Area Office

3.Provide shared services support for Global Programs
•Facilitate timely submission of Divisional Objectives reports, SIFT reports, and other required reports from Global Programs departments
•Arrange materials for GP staff and intern onboarding orientation
•Track professional development plans for GP team members; organize departmental learning and educational events (e.g., monthly lunch and learns, etc.)
•Provide site design support, information management and global inventory collection for the Operational Partnerships Framework Toolkit
•Assist with the development and monitoring of divisional budgets, and support the budgeting and financial management processes for GP – including the completion of monthly expense reports for the GP Vice President
Provide additional support as needed to advance and implement Global Programs priorities and initatives

4.Provide coordination support for the Global Programs VP
•Manage and schedule meetings and appointments
o Weekly team meetings
o Divisional meetings (up to 3x a year), VP’s one-on-one meetings with directors
o Assemble and distribute minutes from meetings and conference calls

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree
1-2 years of experience
Project management support experience
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Outlook programs
Preferred knowledge of SharePoint
