Job Description

Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is seeking an energetic professional for our Partnership Manager, Share.Habitat position.

Share.Habitat: Crowdfunding and Online Storytelling is an online social fundraising tool for Habitat for Humanity affiliates, national organizations, and programs. It allows for the creation and management of fundraising campaigns utilizing a socially driven platform to promote social outreach. Share.Habitat helps raise money for any cause, event or for general funds while drastically increasing the organization's base donor pool and their visibility.

Reporting to the SVP-Strategy, this position is responsible for:

  Selling and marketing the Share.Habitat platform in a business to business environment. This entails identifying and marketing to Habitat for Humanity Affiliates, programs and National Organizations to gain new Share.Habitat users, onboarding these users, and completing the handoff to User/Cause success personnel

• Marketing of the Share.Habitat crowd funding platform internally and externally via development and delivery of internal marketing and non-technical communications as well as “sales” type marketing to programs and affiliates.

• Lead development of pipeline to support and streamline ongoing outreach and implementations

This position is based in Atlanta Georgia.

Job Requirements


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years  sales experience, including development of marketing materials and customer acquisition.
• Experienced in developing customer pipelines, including familiarity with specific tools to support these pipelines.
• Ability to market a product or program with both internal and external customers.

About Yourself
1.  You have direct, recent experience marketing and selling software-as-a-service products.
2.  You are an effective written and verbal communicator. You are as happy having a discussion with a developer as with the GM of a partner organization.
3.  You have experience creating sales and marketing plans and processes.
4.  You are a technically savvy and comfortable with social media, crowdfunding, web applications, and mobile apps.
5.  You are data and results driven. You set measurable goals, and you meet or exceed your targets.
6.  You have worked in a startup or small organization where you had to create things from scratch and span multiple roles to get things done. You will need to own the sales and marketing function yourself in the immediate future.


Experience selling into non-profit organizations, or with online fundraising, is a bonus but not a requirement.
