The frame of a new home built by volunteers in "Humanity Plaza"--aka Rockefeller Plaza in New York--is a shining beacon of hope for displaced families along the Golf Coast. The Humanity Plaza build was the result of a partnership with NBC News' "TODAY" and Warner Music Group.
