The Gift that Builds is a program that helps companies and their employees participate in the work of Habitat for Humanity through volunteerism, donations and advocacy.

Participate in your workplace giving campaign
Each year thousands of employees are given the opportunity to direct a portion of their paycheck to the charities of their choice through workplace giving campaigns. You can help us serve more families in need of decent shelter by directing your workplace contribution to Habitat for Humanity.

Below is a list of giving campaigns that will let you designate Habitat for Humanity as the recipient of your workplace contribution:

Global Impact
Habitat for Humanity is now a member of Global Impact, which offers giving options for people wanting to support our international work through their workplace campaign.

Federal employees
Federal employees can donate to Habitat for Humanity by writing Habitat for Humanity on your pledge card and using our CFC number: 10945.

State and local government employees
State or local government employees can donate to Habitat for Humanity through over 100 state and local workplace campaigns. Check to see if we are listed in your workplace campaign.

United Way workplace campaigns
Habitat for Humanity International participates in several national United Way workplace campaigns, including those in San Francisco, Allegheny County (Pittsburgh area) and the National Capital Area Campaign in Washington DC. If your local United Way campaigns do not list Habitat for Humanity, you can write us in as a designation on the pledge card along with our address: 121 Habitat St., Americus, GA 31709.
